Donald Walker serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Magna where he previously served as Co-Chief Executive Officer (2005-2010) and President and Chief Executive Officer (1994-2001). He was formerly the President Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Intier Automotive Inc. one of Magna’s former “spinco” public subsidiaries. Prior to joining Magna in 1987 Mr.
Walker spent seven years at General Motors in various engineering and manufacturing positions.
