Donald L. Rosenstein MD was the clinical director of the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) the largest scientific organization in the world dedicated to research focused on the understanding treatment and prevention of mental disorders and the promotion of mental health.
In that role he was responsible for the provision of clinical care to NIMH research subjects and the training of NIMH physician-investigators. His clinical expertise includes the psychotherapeutic and pharmacological treatment of psychiatric disorders in the medically ill.
