Dominie Garcia leads Battelle’s Smart Cities Program bringing a combination of strategy planning organization design and connected and smart systems expertise to the growing smart cities community.She has spent much of the last decade working with the USDOT as well as commercial and regional organizations in the areas of intelligent transportation systems and connected vehicle research development and deployment.Dr.
