Loli was born in the city of Kiev, Ukraine. She won a national competition for TV PRESENTERS at the age of 16 and earned her first-morning music program on one of Ukraine's most prestigious TV Music channels.
She graduated high school in ten months and proceeded to Oxford, England, to study psychology and cinema history at Oxford Brookes University in Oxford. She completed a year of university there before transferring to the London Institute of Film Art in London.
