Dionna Griffin-Irons is director of diversity and Inclusion for The Second City US and Canada. A Second City Detroit alumnus with more than 18 years’ experience as a performer producer and facilitator Griffin-Irons has taught hundreds of workshops at colleges at women’s shelters and in corporate boardrooms.
She also worked with the US Embassy in Norway and Latvia introducing improv as a tool for social change. Her outreach work has appeared in Diversity Journal and on NPR ABC and NBC and her writing has appeared in the anthology Women Writing and Prison.
