Diane Prince Johnston, founder and CEO of Winnie & Kat, has a background in temporary staffing, direct sales and leadership. Diane co-founded her first company when she was 27 years old and has since participated in the ownership and management of multiple companies; taking them from start-up ventures to multi-million dollar national businesses. After her divorce in 2012, Diane started Winnie & Kat, a national direct sales fashion company that empowers women by providing and entrepreneurial opportunity.
Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Diane grew up in Dallas. She has a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Wisconsin/Madison and a Master of Fine Arts in French Literature from The University of California, Los Angeles, where she taught French before embarking on a business career.
