Diane Kennedy received a BS in accounting from the University of Nevada Reno. She has served as an instructor at her alma mater and was chosen to be a lecturer on U.S. tax laws to companies in the Peoples Republic of China.
She was selected to meet with members of the House Ways and Means Committee and Senate Finance Committee in 2001 on tax and financial education matters in October 2011. And in 2008 she received an invitation from the White House to participate in a White House Financial Literacy Round Table.
