Diane Forley is the former chef and proprietor of New York’s acclaimed Verbena restaurant and Bar Demi. She is the author of Anatomy of a Dish which won a James Beard cookbook award in 2003.
Her culinary career includes stints in some of New York’s finest restaurants – Gotham Bar and Grill The River Café the Hudson River Club and Petrossian – as well as stages in France. Diane moved with her husband chef Michael Otsuka to California to work with the Ojai Valley Inn and Spa.
