She was also the founder of the New Youth City Learning Network which helps youth-serving institutions across New York implement new mobile experiences that connect in-school education and out-of-school learning.Previously Diana Rhoten founded and directed the Knowledge Institutions Program at the Social Science Research Council where her research and consulting focused on the transformation of organizations engaged in education and research.
