Delia Milliron is a fellow of the Henry Beckman Professorship and an associate professor at the McKetta Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Texas in Austin. Her study is driven by the potential for nanomaterials to add new functionality to energy systems while also lowering production costs.
Milliron formerly worked at Lawrence Berkeley National Lab's Molecular Foundry, where he started as a research staff member and worked his way up to director of the inorganic nanostructures facility and then deputy director. She worked in IBM's research division from 2004 to 2008.
