Television host on WTJR, Debra D. Peppers Ph.D., is also a radio co-host on KJSL/KYFI, a motivational speaker and educator. Upon retiring from teaching Drama, English, and Speech in St. Louis, Missouri, Dr. Peppers was among five teachers inducted into the National Teachers Hall of Fame.
She was honored as outstanding alumni at Webster University in the Master’s Program where she is on the adjunct faculty and also for Choices, an Emmy Award winning play. From 1996 to 2006, Peppers hosted “Talk from the Heart,” a daily three-hour, call-in interactive drive time radio program with uplifting Christian topics.
