Dawn Frazier-Bohnert is vice president and chief diversity and inclusion officer for Liberty Mutual Insurance. She has also held HR leadership positions at Lotus/IBM Fidelity Investments and Millennium Pharmaceuticals.Growing up in an Air Force family as an Air Force brat Frazier-Bohnert lived and traveled all over the world.
