David Toms is an American professional golfer on the PGA Tour.
Toms was born in Monroe, Louisiana and enjoyed success in golf from the beginning of his playing days. At the 1984 Junior World Golf Championships, David won the 15-17 age division. He then went on to attend Louisiana State University.
