David H. Dancer is chief marketing officer for Inspire. He was previously the CMO for MedMen Enterprises, the nation’s preeminent cannabis company and the most recognized brand in the emerging marijuana industry. He was charged with creating and implementing MedMen's marketing strategies as the leading brand in the fastest growing industry in the world. For more than 25 years Mr. Dancer has been a leading innovator in retail marketing branding e-commerce and customer experience.
Prior to joining MedMen Dancer was executive vice president and head of marketing for Teleflora North America’s largest floral service provider with more than 10000 member florists. He managed all marketing programs with full oversight and P&L responsibility for eCommerce. Dancer also was a retail brand consultant for Charles Schwab one of the largest banks and brokerage firms in the United States where he transformed the brand’s retail experience by driving product to cross-sell and elevating customer satisfaction. Prior to that Mr. Dancer was a marketing vice president at Visa and a senior marketing manager at American Express. He serves on the National Board of Directors for the Gay Lesbian Straight Education Network (GLSEN) and has a Bachelor of Science in Management from Ball State University.
