Mr. David M. Cote, Dave has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Honeywell Imaging and Mobility, Inc. since July 2002. Since February 2002, Mr. Cote has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Honeywell Building Solutions, Inc. Since February 2002, Mr. Cote has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Honeywell Specialty Materials, LLC (parent company of MK Electric, Ltd. and Honeywell Holdings Pty. Ltd.). He is the President and CEO of Honeywell Specialty Wax & Additive Inc. Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. has him as a Senior Advisor. He works at Honeywell Aerospace as a Unit Director. From February 2002 until June 2002, he was President of Honeywell International Inc., which he joined in February 2002. Honeywell has generated significant results in sales growth, earnings per share, segment profit, and cash flow during his leadership. Since February 2002, Mr. Cote has been the Chief Executive Officer of Honeywell Technology Solutions Inc. In February 2002, he joined Honeywell. From August 2001 to February 2002, he was Chief Executive Officer of TRW Inc., President from 1999 to 2002, and Chief Operating Officer from November 1999 to January 2001. TRW hired him in November of 1999. From June 1996 until November 1999, he was Senior Vice President, President, and Chief Executive Officer of GE Appliances. Mr. Cote worked at General Electric as a Senior Vice President. Mr. Cote was the President and CEO of Honeywell, Inc. He worked with General Electric for 25 years, holding roles of increasing responsibility in production, finance, marketing, strategic planning, and general management. In July 2005, he was one of ten US Chief Executive Officers invited to participate in the US-India Chief Executive Officer Forum. Since July 1, 2002, he has served as Chairman of Honeywell Building Solutions, Honeywell Technology Solutions, and Honeywell Aerospace. Since July 1, 2007, he has served as Chairman of Honeywell International Inc., having previously held the role since July 2002. Since 2002, Mr. Cote has served as Chairman of TRW Inc. He was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Honeywell, Inc. Since July 17, 2007, he has served as a director of JPMorgan Chase & Co., Honeywell Building Solutions, Inc., and Honeywell International Inc., the parent company of Honeywell Specialty Materials, LLC. Since 2002, he has served as a director of Honeywell Imaging and Mobility, Inc. Since 2002, he has been on the boards of Honeywell Technology Solutions Inc. and Honeywell Aerospace. He is a member of The Business Roundtable as an At Large Member. In 2007, the Foreign Policy Association presented him with the Corporate Social Responsibility Award for Honeywell Hometown Solutions. President Barack Obama appointed him to the bipartisan National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility and Reform in 2010. He got an honorary Doctor of Laws degree from Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business and Management in 2001. In 2009, Beihang University Aeronautics and Astronautics (BUAA) in Beijing, China, awarded him an honorary professorship. Mr. Cote obtained his bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of New Hampshire in 1976. In 2001, he was awarded an Honorary Juris Doctor degree by Pepperdine University.
