Journalist David McRaney, a two-time William Randolph Hearst Award winner, is the author of You Are Not So Smart, a hilarious expose of the foolish ideas that make us feel intelligent. You Are Not So Smart compiles more than 46 of the falsehoods we tell ourselves on a daily basis, based on his famous blog of the same name.
He began blogging on the psychology behind common biases, delusions, heuristics, and fallacies on his blog, You Are Not So Smart, in 2009. In 2011, his blog became a best-selling book, and he is currently working on a sequel and has just launched a podcast that explores the same subjects.
