Before joining 700 Kitchen Cooking School Chef Darin was most recently chef instructor at the Walt Disney World Resort® Disney Institute in Orlando Florida and sous chef for the main kitchen of the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. Chef Darin has also worked in London and in partnership with Le Cordon Bleu-Paris conducting summer culinary programs for the public.
