Dara O'Briain is a stand-up comedian and television personality best known in the United Kingdom for presenting BBC 2's Mock the Week and in Ireland for hosting RTE 2's The Panel. He is one of the rare comedians who has hosted successful comedy shows in both the United Kingdom and his home Ireland at the same time.
He began his television career as a children's broadcaster on RTÉ, while also doing his first stand-up shows on the Irish comedy circuit. After graduating from University College Dublin with a degree in Mathematical Physics.
