Daniel Wallace is a storyteller who has been dubbed one of today's best comedy writers. His tall stories are full of old myth, magical realism, and a hint of the fantastic. He's the author of four books, including Big Fish: A Novel of Mythic Proportions, which Tim Burton turned into a blockbuster film in 2003.
Big Fish was characterized as "refreshing" and "unique" by Publishers Weekly, and as "comic and sad" by The New York Times. Daniel's fifth novel, The Kings and Queens of Roam, was published in 2013.
