Daniel Shoy Jr. is president of the East Lake Foundation, whose mission is to break the intergenerational cycle of poverty through mixed-income housing, cradle-to-college education, and community wellness programs and services in East Lake, Georgia. He joined the foundation as program director in 2010 and has been deputy executive director and COO.
With 20 years of experience at nonprofit organizations focused on youth and community development, he worked at The Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation for ten years, where he was responsible for awarding $28 million in grants. Shoy serves on the Charles R.
