Daniel Gruneberg Biography

Daniel attended Quinnipiac University for the first two years of his college career before transferring to Fordham University. Currently Daniel is the Co-Founder and VP of Business Development zozi a Global Distribution System for tour and activity providers. Before he joined zozi Daniel was an early team member at an emerging technology advisory and research firm called Lux Research. Lux focused their efforts on physical sciences and clean technologies. The company has been invited to speak in front of the United States Congress and contributed to the signing of the $4.6 billion 21st Century Nanotechnology Research and Development Act by President Bush. At Lux Daniel launched and managed a strategic initiative designed to help the financial services industry – mainly private equity hedge funds venture capital and investment banks – assisting them in their investment and deal strategy in clean energy and materials. Daniel was also a member of the team who worked with the U.S. Department of Energy on initiating and managing workshops with leaders in finance energy materials and government to focus on making strides towards generating more technologies focused on energy.
