Dane Reynolds hails from Ventura, California, and is a professional surfer. He's recognized for his reckless surfing style, which incorporates a variety of experimental and airborne feats. After moving from Bakersfield, California to Ventura, Reynolds began surfing at the age of ten. He developed his progressive style of surfing on the point breakers near Santa Barbara and Ventura.
Reynolds began competing at the age of 13 and left out of school at the age of 16 to pursue his passion for surfing.
