Dan Lyons is the author of the NY Times Best-Seller Disrupted: My Misadventure in the Start-Up Bubble. Disrupted chronicles Lyons' experience as a marketing fellow at HubSpot a Cambridge Mass. software company.
Prior to his stint at HubSpot Lyons was an editor of ReadWrite a well-known tech blog. Lyons also served as a technology editor at Newsweek and before that he spent a decade covering technology for Forbes. Along the way Lyons made some waves with a groundbreaking blog The Secret Diary of Steve Jobs which drew as many as 1.5 million visitors each month. Writing in the voice of a character called Fake Steve Jobs. He began his tech writing career for PC Week in the 1980s.
