Dan Hurley is presently the University of Rhode Island's head basketball coach. After a two-year tenure at Wagner College, he was named head coach on March 20, 2012. Prior to joining Wagner, Hurley was the head coach at Saint Benedict's Preparatory School in New Jersey, where he transformed the school into one of the best high school basketball programs in the country. Dan Hurley is the younger brother of former Duke and Sacramento Kings guard Bobby Hurley and the son of Hall of Fame high school coach Bob Hurley.
