Danny Califf is an ex-soccer player from the United States. Califf began his soccer career as a child with Canyon Hills Soccer Association, where he was a member of his father's Canyon Classic club. From 1998 to 2000, he was a member of the University of Maryland soccer team.
He started all 24 of the Terrapins' games as a freshman, earning him a spot on the Soccer America All-Freshman team for his contributions to the team's Final Four run. He started 20 games in his sophomore season and was chosen to the NSCAA third-team All-American team.
