Daila is a native of Gran Canaria, one of the six Spanish islands that make up the Canario Archipelago. Growing up surrounded by water, it was 'natural' to practice bodyboarding and surfing in the pristine waves of the Atlantic Ocean. Daila, on the other hand, realized she had a passion for climbing and decided to relocate to Catalua, which was ideal for climbers. It was a risky move, not just for her, but also for her family, who had never climbed before but had always been supportive of her endeavours. She has a joyful life with her lover, climbing frequently, and they share their hobby in the presence of some wonderful individuals. Daila was keen to do everything in climbing, including competitions, training, and outdoor climbing. It led to some fantastic competitive experiences in Spain. However, our life experiences influence and enhance our interests over time. For the time being, Daila prefers to climb outside, which she adores and is only logical given that she lives in one of the top sports climbing destinations in the world! She is committed to growing as a climber, seeing the world, and participating in the sport that she loves. She considers herself extremely blessed to be living and looking for her goal with the people she cares about.
