Cory Geffre is the creator of the Square of Excellence and President and CEO of Common Success, LLC. Cory is also the founder of The Health care Excellence Academy and The Business Excellence Academy, both teach health and business professionals how to unlock maximum potential from their people, their organization and themselves. As creator of the Square of Excellence, Cory has now become one of the foremost thought leaders on healthcare, business & personal excellence.

Cory recently authored the white paper titled the Square of Excellence for Health care. In a very short time it is transforming the way health care organizations relate with their employees, their providers and their patients. The Square of Excellence model when applied to health care helps health care organizations maximize talent, develop leaders, manage relationships and harvest innovation. Since becoming a health care author, speaker and trainer, Cory has worked in or been a trainer for acute-care hospitals, specialty hospitals, medical groups, urgent care centers, skilled nursing facilities, home health, hospice, and outpatient facilities. Cory's health care & business career spans more than 20 years. Geffre is actively involved as a member and supporter of several community-based health and service organizations. Cory and his wife Tammi have been married 15 years and have 3 children.
