In France and America Clogah studied and at Ballymaloe Cookery School for chef training followed by 2 years working as a chef in Ballymaloe House in Cork Ireland. She decided to take a leap of faith and leave the kitchen to set up her own stall at that market. This is after an inspiriung visit from Midleton farmers.
Soon after she was developing other farmers markets around Ireland and working with Slow Food Ireland. In Turin Northern Italy for 3 years Clogah lived and where she lectured at the Slow Food University of Gastronomy. Currently Clodagh writes a monthly column for The Gloss Magazine which comes free with the Irish Times.
