CJ has always been a business owner. She has more than 25 years of expertise in the corporate world and with people. CJ has worked in a range of roles, from leading a sales team for a big international corporation to Director of Operations and HR for a facilities management firm, deviating from the usual path. CJ began working with organizations on talent acquisition and management tasks after recognizing the demand for it. CJ founded Oberon, a professional contract placement business, with two other brilliant entrepreneurs in 2006, and it was placed third in the Minneapolis – St. Paul Business Journal's Fast 50 Awards in 2009. CJ was looking for her next business endeavor after selling Oberon when she came across Gino Wickman's book TRACTION. CJ had discovered her new interest after seeing the benefits of firms implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS). CJ's interest has been assisting businesses and their leadership teams since 2010. She has assisted over 90 firms in simplifying, clarifying, and achieving their goal as one of the top Implementers in the country. CJ is a sought-after speaker as well as an award-winning entrepreneur with diverse experience. She travels the country spreading the word about EOS and assisting organizations and leadership teams in improving their VISION, TRACTION, and HEALTH. CJ is a Minnesota native who lives in both the Twin Cities and Phoenix. CJ, a mother of seven and grandma of seven, is devoted to her family and believes in living life to the fullest.
