CJ has always been a business owner. She has more than 25 years of expertise in the corporate world and with people. CJ has worked in a range of roles, from leading a sales team for a big international corporation to Director of Operations and HR for a facilities management firm, deviating from the usual path.
CJ began working with organizations on talent acquisition and management tasks after recognizing the demand for it. CJ founded Oberon, a professional contract placement business, with two other brilliant entrepreneurs in 2006, and it was placed third in the Minneapolis – St. Paul Business Journal's Fast 50 Awards in 2009.
