Dr. Christopher Anne Robinson-Easley is the CEO of Enlightening Management Consultants, Inc. She spent over 20 years in management and leadership positions in the corporate business sector and 22 years in higher education in faculty (tenured and promoted to the rank of Full Professor in Management) and senior administrative roles (director, dean and VP levels). Dr. Robinson-Easley has also worked as a change management consultant since the early 1990ās.
She holds a B. S. in Psychology and a Masterās of Science degree in Industrial Relations both from Loyola University of Chicago and a Ph.D. in Organization Development from Benedictine University. Her research and consulting work has been presented throughout the United States, Europe and in the French West Indies, where she also teaches intercultural management.
