Christine Gregoire, commonly known as Chris, was the Chairman of the Western Governors' Association Inc. Ms. Gregoire is the Governor of Washington State in the United States. Ms. Gregoire is concerned with education, pension and health-care expenses, and simplifying government services and delivery.
Washington has regularly ranked as a top place to do business and raise a family under her leadership. Ms. Gregoire was the first woman elected to the post of Attorney General in Washington and spent three terms as such prior to becoming Governor.
