Christian Kromme is a Dutch futurist, keynote speaker, and bestselling author of “Humanification: Go Digital, Stay Human”(2017). He specializes in disruptive technology, artificial intelligence, and the intersection of technology and human behavior. With over 15 years as a tech entrepreneur, Kromme founded Artificial Industry in 2002, facilitating innovative startups for companies like Randstad, Philips, and Adidas, before selling it to a multinational in 2014 (renamed Quandago.com).
He discovered a wave pattern linking biological and technological evolution, which he uses to predict technological disruptions. Kromme has spoken to over 500 organizations across 36 countries, inspiring audiences with practical insights on leveraging exponential technologies while maintaining human values. He’s a Senior AI Research Fellow at The Conference Board and co-founder of SymbioSys, an AI platform for agile organizations.
