Chris Schmidt has recently been re-elected to serve another term as CEO of Moss Adams LLP until June 30 2022. Chris joined Moss Adams in 1986 and in 1991 he was admitted to the partnership. In 1997 he became the managing partner of the Orange County office.
In 2004 he assumed the role of President and COO for a five-year term. He was reappointed to a second term in 2009.As CEO Chris is responsible for establishing and promoting the firm’s strategic plan including maintaining firm-wide commitment to the highest level of professional practice. Chris is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
