Scarduzio began his career working for the Sheraton Resort in Poipu Beach, Hawaii. Two years later, he moved back to his hometown to become the opening chef for the Ritz-Carlton’s Grill Room, which was named one of the top 25 restaurants in the country by Conde Naste Traveler magazine.
