Chris grew up on his family's ranch in San Luis Obispo, California, where he learned to skate. In issue 2 of Big Brother, he first appears, board sliding a handrail. When Chris was still under the legal age of 18, Issue 8 contained an interview with him as well as his first public nudity appearance.
Chris authored an essay titled 18 Ways to Be an Asshole in Issue 9. Chris was employed by Big Brother until 1999 when he was sacked for failing to show up for a tour without informing anyone.
