Chris Policinski Biography

Policinski is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Land O' Lakes, Inc., and has worked in the food sector for over 30 years. In 1997, he joined Land O'Lakes and was named President and CEO in 2005. Policinski had worked for Kraft General Foods, Bristol-Myers Squib, and The Pillsbury Company before joining Land O'Lakes. He serves on the boards of directors of various business organizations (including the Grocery Manufacturers Association, the National Milk Producers Federation, and the National Council of Farmer Cooperatives), as well as local community boards (Greater Twin Cities United Way and Trustee of the University of Minnesota Foundation). Chris also serves on the boards of Xcel Energy, Hormel Foods, and the United States Global Leadership Campaign. Policinski attended New York University for his MBA and the University of Notre Dame for his undergraduate degree.
