Chet Holmes' debut film was a karate film, and he holds a fifth-degree black belt in martial art. In 1998, Chet authored and produced the karate film, Immortal Vengeance. After it, he wrote Emily's Song, a musical drama (rags to riches story about a singer).
He landed Leann Rimes as the lead actress, and then took the film to Warner Brothers, where he landed a three-year agreement as a writer, producer, and song composer. Chet became the executive producer of In The Name Of The King, a $60 million epic fantasy in the spirit of Lord Of The Rings, in the summer of 2005.
