StraDia Coaching is the founder and CEO of a worldwide firm that assists high-powered women in starting and growing lucrative companies or successful careers in the corporate arena doing what they are passionate about. A head start Entrepreneur At the age of six, she established, published, and ran the school newsletter; by fourteen, she was operating her own goldsmith business, creating and selling her own products. She enjoyed constructing model planes and old-fashioned ships and attempting to figure out how they functioned. A Rewarding Academic Life She took the “Road Less Traveled” and studied BSc Control & Computer Engineering and an MSc Digital Signal Processing, refusing to accept the “Status Quo” that Engineering was not for women. She was the sole female student in both her BEng and MSc programs. She was awarded a full tuition scholarship for her Master's degree. “Breaking into the Boys' Club” in the Corporate Arena She has over 20 years of worldwide business experience working for big multinational corporations in a variety of Senior Executive positions in Business Management Consulting, Sales, Marketing, Training & Development, Human Resources, and Organizational Change Management. At the age of 25, she was managing multi-million dollar Telecommunications accounts for BT, Telstra, Dutch Telecom, Telia Sonnera, and KDD Europe. Participation in the EU (European Union Committees and Projects) - Worked on important European Union projects for Career Development and Training Tools. A member of the groups that created and refined the European Coaching and Mentoring Standards. Awards Throughout her academic and professional career, she received a variety of sponsorships and prizes. In addition, she was chosen to participate in BT's Fast Track Leadership Program and graduated with honors. Her company's life goal is to help women and a few clever men establish great companies, stand out, and develop their Unique Personal Brand.
