Carol Kent is a best-selling author and a well-known international public speaker who is noted for being lively, amusing, uplifting, and biblical in her message. She has been a featured speaker at Time Out for Women and Heritage Keepers arena events, as well as at The Praise Gathering for Believers and Vision New England's Congress. She is a former radio program co-host. Her testimony was recently featured on a Billy Graham Prime Time TV Special, and she is a regular speaker at Extraordinary Women gatherings. Carol has given talks in Germany, Bulgaria, China, Korea, Hong Kong, Guatemala, Mexico, and Canada, among other places. She appears on a number of nationally syndicated radio and television shows on a daily basis. She is also the president of Speak Up Speaker Services, a Christian speaking agency. She started the charity group Speak Up for Hope, which helps jailed people's families. She has a bachelor's degree in speech education and a master's degree in communication arts. She has supervised women's ministry and taught speech and theatre at a big midwestern church. She also serves on the Advanced Writers and Speakers Association and MOPS International advisory committees.
