Carmen began her formal culinary career at The Restaurant School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Upon graduation she worked under the supervision of Chef Georges Perrier at Le Bec Fin Restaurant. Then she went to New York to work with Chef Daniel Boulud at Restaurant Daniel. She has worked in many different countries, in the best restaurants of Spain, France, Italy, Latin America, Caribbean and Japan to perfect her cosmopolitan culinary background.
