Carlos Obeid is Mubadala’s Chief Financial Officer with oversight of the company’s commercial functions including Mergers & Acquisitions Treasury & Investor Relations Financial Planning & Business Performance and Financial Governance & Reporting. Before joining Mubadala Carlos worked with the UAE Offsets Programme Bureau where he led a wide range of initiatives including privatization utilities and financial services. Board Positions include: Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mubadala Infrastructure Partners Ltd; Board member of Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company (Masdar) Waha Capital PJSC Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi LLC Mubadala Petroleum LLC GLOBALFOUNDRIES and Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank PJSC.
