Bruce Sherman, born and raised in Chicago traveled the world to build his culinary skills before coming back home to Chicago’s dining environment. At Lincoln Parks North Pond, Sherman is a Chef and Partner who uses the knowledge he got in London, Paris and Southeast Asia to prepare his contemporary French-American creative seasonal menu.
Sherman enrolled in the University of Pennsylvania and majored in Economics. As the son of a banker, Sherman thought he would probably become a doctor, banker or lawyer when he grew up.
