The organization which was founded in 1997 provides housing mental and medical health care educational training vocational training and more to the disenfranchised in Atlanta. Deel was inspired to start such an organization after he was appointed pastor in a bad neighborhood in Atlanta. Shortly after starting there he was approached by a woman who had been a hooker and a stripper for years. She asked him to help her and he was moved to help the community as a whole.
