Once featured on WLS Channel 7’s “Someone You Should Know” with Harry Porterfield. Brian Thompson grew up in Chicago’s Englewood community; graduated from Englewood H. S. He earned his BA in Communications & Military Science from Northern Illinois University. He was a former 1st Lieutenant in the U. S. Army. He has worked in the therapeutic foster care and mental health fields for the last 26 years. Brian is certified in Youth Mental Health First Aid and he is a CPR/FIRST AID Instructor with American Red Cross. A 29-year experienced martial science / self-defense instructor and healing arts practitioner. Brian Founded BFITBNEW4LIFE a traveling Community Stress Management & Wellness Initiative that works with children adult and senior groups of all platforms. Presently a Behavioral Health Specialist experienced Therapeutic Foster Care Case Manager and Wellness Innovator Brian is most passionate about his mission to improve the physical and mental well-being of those in need through Peaceful and Natural methods central to the BFITNEW4LIFE philosophy.
