Brian Ken Miller is a lawyer policy advocate and writer. His specializes in the United States' First Amendment. He is the current Director of Legal and Public Affairs at the Center for Individual Rights.There he helps advance free speech with a team of four attorneys who have brought six cases to the U.S. Supreme Court.
He has also won dozens of appellate cases.Since his first year in law school Miller has worked as a Research Assistant for Helen Alvare at George Mason Law.In addition he is a Regular Opinion contributor for Forbes Magazine and he has written articles about the First Amendment for several other news publications including National Review Intercollegiate Review the Library of Law and Liberty The Imaginative Conservative and The Federalist Society.After receiving his GED and enrolled in his local community college Pensacola State College in 2009.
