Brian Baumgartner was born November 29, 1972 and is an American film and television actor who plays Kevin Malone on The Office.
Baumgartners television appearances include roles on Jake in Progress, Arrested Development, and Everwood. He also acted as a talent scout on Last Comic Standing with his Office costar Kate Flannery. He appears in the romantic comedy feature film License to Wed opposite Robin Williams, Mandy Moore, and Office co-star John Krasinski. In June 2007, Baumgartner won a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Broadband Program - Comedy, for his work on The Office: Accountants webisodes. His co-stars Angela Kinsey and Oscar Nunez also shared the award.
