Brad Templeton is a self-driving vehicle developer and commentator, a software architect, a member of the Electronic Frontier Foundation's board of directors, an online entrepreneur, a futurist lecturer, a writer and observer of cyberspace concerns, a hobby photographer, and an artist. The United States Supreme Court concurred with the plaintiffs, ruling that the Act's attempt to enforce anti-indecency rules over the internet violated the First Amendment.
