Brad Barber is the Gallagher Professor of Finance at the University of California, Davis' Graduate School of Management. Barber is regarded as one of the world's most extensively quoted financial economists (ranking 38th in one citation survey). He was named a Fellow of the Financial Management Association (FMA) in 2019, a designation that “...
