According to The Moscow Times President Putin has asked the number one-selling R&B group to perform a string of their most romantic ballads like “I’ll Make Love To You.” The request is part of Putin’s three-year plan to raise the country’s birth rate to 3 children per household. Putin has been quoted as saying he sees his plan as the “the key to [Russia's] national security.”
As a result Boyz II Men will hit the stage in Moscow on February 6th. In 2007 Putin also offered cash incentives and declared September 12th “National Day of Conception” to encourage citizens to build larger families.
