Bob BeaudineSpeaker and Booking Agent Information

You can establish a professional community that will change the trajectory of your life — or, better yet, the life of someone else – with only a few minor course corrections.” Beaudine has been dubbed "the most important man in sports you've never heard of" by Sports Illustrated.

Beaudine delivers realistic and proven guidance as one of the world's best executive recruiters in sports, entertainment, and business. Beaudine skillfully employs his two decades of expertise to flip traditional networking knowledge on its head, teaching readers how to creatively leverage their relationships and the connections of their connections to advance.

Beaudine proposes in The Power of WHO that we invest in our WHO (our network of friends and acquaintances) by spending time with them and getting to know them. Why? “Because most individuals are employed by someone they know personally, or by a trusted friend,” explains Beaudine.

“People who don't know us are unlikely to care and will be mainly unresponsive.” Beaudine uses case studies of successful — and a few spectacularly failed — executives seeking new jobs, first-time job seekers, entrepreneurs wanting to establish empires, sales executives with unrealistic quotas, and many more to demonstrate his argument.

Beaudine demonstrates that people who succeed don't go beyond themselves to achieve their objectives; instead, they look within themselves. The Power of WHO is a relationship-building book whose counsel complements job-search classics like What Color is My Parachute?

It's everything a job seeker, college graduate, or businessperson needs to know about forging strong bonds with the people in their lives who will go to great lengths to see you succeed. Eastman & Beaudine, the nation's premier executive search firm in sports/entertainment, is owned and operated by Bob Beaudine.

At the podium, Beaudine addresses how to achieve where we want to be in life and career, especially in a difficult economy; focussing on the key network of contacts; and investing in our WHO, or how to create strong relationships with individuals in your life who will make a difference.
